You may know her as the co-founder of the Farm Workers Union, along with Cesar Chavez. But this dynamo of a woman is simply SO MUCH MORE than Latino history’s most famous sidekick. For OVER SIX DECADES, the legendary Dolores Huerta has been at the forefront of community organizing and activism, spearheading a million picket lines for issues ranging from education, migrant workers rights, health and environmental issues, women’s and LGBTQ rights, immigration reform and more. And at 84 years strong, there is no signs of her stopping, as she continues leading the way for Latinos through her Foundation.

In light of her upcoming birthday celebration, I have the extreme pleasure of interview a friend, mentor and godmother in the fight. Please join me at 7pm ET as we discuss the amazing life journey of a Latino icon: Dolores Huerta.
